2. Visit the Beaches

In every direction from Marazion there are incredible beaches. On your doorstep is Mount's Bay but with coasts in each direction an amazing beach won't be hard to find.

3. Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival

The Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival was founded in 2003 by Falmouth Shout, a group of singers whose mission is to keep alive the history of Tall Ships and the days of sail by performing sea shanties, songs of the sea and Cornish songs. The Festival’s aims are to raise money for the RNLI and to preserve and promote the maritime heritage of the area.

4. The Gardens at St Michael's Mount

As the summer starts to get into full swing the gardens at St Michael's Mount become open to the public and are spectacular to explore.

The tropical weather means the island can host many rare species of flowers that would struggle to grow outside anywhere else in the UK!

5. Go Wildlife Spotting!

There's a lot of wildlife on your doorstep when you visit Marazion. Whether you search the waters that surround St Michael's Mount, the rock-pools in the bay or nearby marshland, you're bound to find an abundance of amazing wildlife.
