Bolenna is a  3 bedroom traditional Cornish Cottage, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and galleries in Marazion. A family sized property, which sleeps 6, convenient for the sandy beach's and St Michaels Mount.

The house has period features throughout including stripped pine doors, alcoves, and original fireplaces. It  is comfortably furnished and decorated to provide all year round family accommodation. The house has a  tiled entrance hallway leading to a good size lounge with leather suite, widescreen TV and a wood burning stove in a traditional fireplace. The lounge opens into a dining area with pine furniture and a feature fireplace. The kitchen is  equipped with a range of modern units and fitted appliances.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms sleeping 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed and original fireplace, there is a twin bedded room and a functional but compact bunk room.The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

The property is centrally heated throughout and with the benefit of a log burner provides the opportunity for cosy all year round holiday accommodation.Outside there is a small court yard with steps leading up to a raised garden area with patio furniture, from where there is a view of St Michael's Mount through the roof tops.

Bedrooms:  
All bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor. 

  1. Bedroom 1 with a King size bed. Wardrobe.  2 bedside tables. 2 Lamps. Blanket box.
  2. Bedroom 2 with a twin beds.  Wardrobe.  1 bedside table. 1 Lamp.
  3. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds bed.  1 Wardrobe

Bathroom: 
There is a modern fitted family bathroom on the first  floor with low level WC, hand basin with mirror, full size bath with  shower over. Heated towel rail. A washing and machine and tumble dryer are installed in the bathroom

Kitchen : 
The kitchen on the ground floor, has modern units with work top space, storage and a sink/drainer.  There is an electric hob with extractor and a fitted single oven. A microwave, toaster and fridge /freezer are also provided. 

Dining Area: 
The dining area, on the ground floor, has a large table, with seating for six. There is a side board and book case.

Living area: 
The  living area, on the ground floor has two leather settee’s, coffee table, and a large flat screen TV. The wood burner is a lovely feature and provides extra warmth for those cosy nights in.

Other information: 
Bed linen and hand / bath towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels. 

Accessibility: 
Due to the fact that all bedrooms and the family bathroom are upstairs on the first  floor we regret that the property may not be suited to some people with mobility issues.

Courtyard Garden: 
The courtyard garden has a cobbled floor.  A table and chairs are provided to enjoy this outside area. 

Parking: 
Parking is available at the Godolphin Arms or sea front car park, approximately 3 minutes walk away. The current daily price is £4.50


Changeover Day

Changeover day for Bolenna is on Saturday. Tenancies begin at 5.00pm on the day of your arrival and end before 11.00am on the day of your departure.

Booking Notes

To secure your booking, a 25% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, together with a £30 booking fee and a £100 re-fundable security deposit. By making a booking you accept our terms and conditions.

Short Breaks

Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights may be accepted at our discretion from the beginning of November until Easter, (not including Christmas / New Year). Short stays are priced pro rata of the weekly rate plus an additional cleaning charge. For stays of 5 nights or more the full weekly charge applies.
