Rosemerryn is a stunning, modern and beautifully appointed,  apartment with a high standard of contemporary, open plan accommodation and a very large garden.

The apartment comprises the eastern annex of a magnificent property tucked away down a secluded private lane. The uninterrupted panoramic sea view of Mounts Bay and the iconic St Michael's Mount from the apartment living room and both bedrooms is simply outstanding.



  1. Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has lovely sea views and a beautiful en-suite shower room with a large walk in rain shower, low level WC and fitted storage and shelving abov plus a heated towel rail. The bedroom has a 'zip and link' bed which can be used as a twin or joined together to form a super king size bed. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables and 2 lamps.

  2. Bedroom 2 Double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. Stunning views of the sea and St.Michael’s Mount. - Private family bathroom is opposite

The  modern fitted family bathroom is beutifully finished  with low level WC, hand basin with illuminated mirror, full size bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

Kitchen Area:                                                                                                                The kitchen has high quality solid wood shaker style units  and a 1 1/2 bowl sink/drainer. Electric ceramic hob with extractor and fitted single fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge /freezer and microwave. 

Living Area: 
The  open plan living room has stunning sea views and the Bi fold doors can be opened onto a patio area.  The property is  furnished with a comfortable two seater sofa and an 2 armchairs. The TV and DVD player sit in a unit and there are occasional tables for those glasses of wine which you will no doubt enjoy whilst on your holiday’s. The patio doors open onto the main patio area with rattan garden furniture.

Dining Area: 
An oak dining table provides a comfortable space and seating for 4 guests.

Other information: 
Bed linen and hand / bath towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels. Gas Central Heating throughout and Free Wi-Fi.

Due to the fact this this property is all on one level it may be very well suited to  people with mobility issues.

The out side space is enormous with outstanding views! There is a huge lawned garden to the front with the sea beyond. The beach and causeway to St Michaels Mount are a 10 minute stroll away. Directly outside the property, is patio area with rattan garden furniture and 2 loungers.

Please be aware that the swimming pool ( which belongs to the owner of the adjoining property) is completely out of bounds.

Parking is on site and there is space for 2 cars

Changeover Day

Changeover day for Rosemerryn is on Friday. Tenancies begin at 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and end before 10.00am on the day of your departure.

Booking Notes

To secure your booking, a 25% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, together with a £30 booking fee and a £100 re-fundable security deposit. By making a booking you accept our terms and conditions.

Short Breaks

Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights may be accepted at our discretion from the beginning of November until Easter, (not including Christmas / New Year). Short stays are priced pro rata of the weekly rate plus an additional cleaning charge. For stays of 5 nights or more the full weekly charge applies.

Where is your favourite place for a meal? The Victoria Inn in Perranuthnoe is a great place to eat, good food, old world charm and close to the coastal path.

What are your favourite things to do in Marazion? Walking through the town center and, if the tide is out, a walk over the path to St Michaels Mount.

How long have you owned Rosemerryn? We have owned the property for four years now and love the views out to sea.

What's your favourite walk in the area? In the summer the coastal path walk towards Perranuthnoe has beautiful views over mounts bay.

What's your favourite view of St Michael's Mount? Our favourite view of the Mount is from the Godolphin Arms, which faces the path from St Michaels Mount. When the tide is in and the sea is flat, the Mount reflects perfectly in the water.

What is the history of Rosemerryn? The property is part of a farm and the main house, which is made of solid granite, dates back to 1863.
