The Loft is a lovely two bedroom apartment, sleeping 4. It is close to the restaurants, shops and galleries in Marazion. Beautifully appointed and furnished to a high standard throughout. It occupies the top floor of St Winifreds House, conveniently located in the centre of the ancient market town of Marazion. The sea and sandy beach are just 100 metres away. There are fabulous views of St Michael's Mount from the open plan living room, kitchen/diner. The whole apartment feels very light and airy.
Climb the stair case and enter the apartment, through the hallway, you will find space for coats and shoes after a day out walking or on the beach. The apartment is spacious and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The open plan living space is of a good size with space set aside for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is well equipped. Heating is electric. The property, inside, is all on one level.
There are stunning views of St.Michael’s Mount and the Sea from the open plan living room/dining area and kitchen. Parking is on site, for 1 car.
The two bedrooms are fitted with very good quality furniture and beds.

There is a modern fitted family bathroom with low level WC, hand basin with mirror, full size bath, and shower over. There is also a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern units with workspace and fitted appliances including full electric fan oven and hob. A microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Whilst cooking you can enjoy the views of the Mount and the sea.
Dining area: The dining area has a good size dining table with 4 dining chairs. With views of the Mount and the sea.
The living area has 4 armchairs with a coffee table. There are occasional tables provided too. A Flat screen TV and DVD are provided, if you can tear your self away from the stunning views!
Bed linen and hand / bath towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
Due to the fact this apartment is on the top floor, we regret that the property may not be suited to some people with mobility issues.
Outside there is an enclosed shared courtyard accessed from Leys Lane with allocated parking for one vehicle – a rarity for Marazion. Pleased be advised access is tight. Additional parking can be found nearby on the Sea Front car parks if required
Changeover day for The Loft is on Friday. Tenancies begin at 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and end before 10.00am on the day of your departure.
To secure your booking, a 25% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, together with a £30 booking fee and a £100 re-fundable security deposit. By making a booking you accept our terms and conditions.
Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights may be accepted at our discretion from the beginning of November until Easter, (not including Christmas / New Year). Short stays are priced pro rata of the weekly rate plus an additional cleaning charge. For stays of 5 nights or more the full weekly charge applies.
